TERMS & CONDITIONS
Odfellows is open again from Wednesday 2nd December and we look forward to welcoming you back.
We are in a Covid–19 Tier 2 area and have copied below extracts of the relevant regulations as they apply to us and a link to the full Guidance.
Basically alcoholic drinks can only be served with a substantial meal. You can of course eat without consuming alcohol – alcohol consumption (though highly recommended) is not yet compulsory.
We have to adjust our service to comply and this is what we’ll be doing for the foreseeable future, obviously subject to change of Tier for this area or regulations for the Tier we are in.
Opening hours –
Monday to Friday 12.00-3.00 and 5.00-11.00
Saturday and Sunday 10am – 11pm with food served all day starting with Brunch.
Last orders just before 10pm.
We have takeaway containers for draught beers and lagers which we can serve anytime. Also any other off sales and a takeaway food menu on Fridays and Saturdays.
If you don’t want alcoholic drinks we can serve coffee, tea or soft drinks either without a meal or
with a sandwich or bar snack. This won’t be possible during busy periods like Friday and
Saturday nights, Xmas week etc.
You can have drinks while studying the menu and for a reasonable time after you have eaten.
We can only offer table service so knowing how busy we will be is very helpful for staff planning.
Please book a table in advance. Of course we will try to find you a table if you haven’t booked but this may not always be possible.
We can only accept table sizes up to 6 people and assume customers comply with the regulations on household mixing, support bubbles etc.
As Tier 3 residents are restricted from non essential travel outside their own areas we regretfully cannot accept customers from these areas.
Relevant extracts Dept. of Health Guidance 23 November 2020;
• pubs and bars must close, unless operating as restaurants. Hospitality venues can only serve alcohol with substantial meals
• hospitality businesses selling food or drink for consumption on their premises are required to:
• provide table service only, in premises which sell alcohol
• close between 11pm and 5am (hospitality venues in airports, ports, transport services and motorway service areas are exempt)
• stop taking orders after 10pm
